Real Estate Staging Checklist |
DRD will come
to your home to analyze and make suggestions for
improvements that can enhance the marketability
of your property. After consulting with the
client a typed detailed checklist will be
provided within a few days with room by room
improvements as well as curb appeal suggestions.
Homeowners can follow the checklist suggestions
to improve the overall appeal of their home for
perspective buyers.

(If the client decides to hire DRD to do the
actual staging, the $75 fee will be applied to

new house. DRD can help make this transition
more comfortable by providing Move-In Services.
We will come to your new home, place furniture,
hang artwork, and arrange accessories and
collections. DRD puts your room together so that
you can relax and enjoy your new home. Ask about
price packages if you use both our real estate
staging and move-in services.

Color
selection can be very overwhelming with the
thousands of paint colors available. DRD will
meet with the homeowner to assist in the right
color selection for the home.

decorate your home for the Holidays so that you
can spend time celebrating with family and
